Not my first book on my favorite designer, but surely a must have for your library...Good pictures and very handy format, bought the hardcover and it,s a gem next to my other McQueen books!!!Only one small complaint... the dustcover has a small piece of tape on the inside.. which left a small tear on the inside because I wanted to look at my favorite picture at the back...
Habe mir dieses Buch durch Werbung in der engl. Vogue bestellt. Es gefällt mir sehr gut, in deutscher Sprache wäre es für mich noch bessergewesen. Vor allem sind sehr viele Bilder seiner einzigartigen Mode in dem Band. Habe selber verschiedene Teile aus seiner Zeit.

Seine Kollektionen werden vorgestellt und durch grandiose, kunstvolle Fotos ergänzt. Die englische Ausgabe ist gut und verständlich geschrieben; natürlich handelt es sich hier nicht um einen Roman und man hat das Buch schnell durch, doch am Lesespaß mangelt es nicht.Ich kann "Vogue on: Alexander McQueen" jedem empfehlen, der sich für den Designer oder Mode im Allgemeinen interessiert. I thought I would find different photos from other books or publications, when I read "VOGUE ON" , I suppoused that in the book will appear a lot of editorials from the magazine , but the book is very small, it has very few photos, and nothing you can't find in other place. It was a little bit dissapointing.
